After forty-five minutes and what looked like a tiny tornado had hit her room, she finally emerged victorious in her chosen ensemble. And you know what? She looked adorable. More importantly, she felt confident and ready to take on the world (or at least pre-K).
Marcus just looked at me and started laughing. “Wonder where she gets the fashion perfectionism from?” I have no idea what he’s talking about. None whatsoever. But if my daughter is going to inherit my particular brand of getting-ready chaos, at least she’s starting with good taste.
