Hi, we're the Hartwells

We're Marcus and Elena, married since 2011, raising two kids and a golden retriever in North Carolina. This is where we share bits of our life — the funny stuff, the messy stuff, the regular Tuesday stuff.

Sophie's 14 and figuring out high school. Theo's 9 and will tell you everything you never knew you needed to know about dinosaurs. Biscuit is 4 and has never met a counter he wouldn't surf.

Marcus works in tech and collects hobbies he doesn't finish. Elena's a pediatric nurse who keeps us all functioning. We met at a bar in 2008, argued about music, and somehow ended up here.
