So there’s this guy Brad in my anatomy study group (yes his name is actually Brad, I CANNOT make this up) and he is driving me absolutely INSANE. Every single time we meet, he finds some excuse to “accidentally” brush my arm while explaining things I ALREADY KNOW. Like yesterday, I was literally in the middle of explaining the difference between systolic and diastolic pressure and he interrupts me to touch my arm and be like “Well actually Elena…” and then proceeds to explain it back to me INCORRECTLY.

These anatomy notes aren’t going to learn themselves

I’ve been burying myself in these textbooks trying to avoid thinking about how much I want to throw my anatomy book at his head. Like, I get better grades than him in literally every class but somehow he thinks I need his help?? The audacity!! And don’t even get me started on how he always sits way too close during group study sessions. Personal space, Brad. Look it up.

This is me having a moment about my life choices

Honestly sitting here wondering if there are ANY decent guys at this entire school or if they’re all just walking embodiments of toxic masculinity wrapped in Abercrombie polos.

Deep thoughts about whether nursing school is worth dealing with Brad

Maybe I should just focus on becoming the best nurse ever and forget about dating until I’m like 30. At least my textbooks don’t try to mansplain cardiology to me while invading my personal space.

Ugh okay rant over. Time to get back to studying because these exams won’t pass themselves, unlike Brad who somehow keeps passing despite being wrong about everything. Send help (or better study partners)!! 💔📚
