Sophie found me and Marcus looking through our wedding album this afternoon and apparently decided we needed documentation.

I love how she caught us in our element - just two people still ridiculously in love after all these years.

. We both burst out laughing in that moment, and honestly, it’s still my favorite wedding photo. Not the posed ones, not the perfectly styled shots - just us being us, finding joy in the chaos.

Fourteen years married, sixteen years together, and he still looks at me like I hung the moon

. Some days I catch him staring and I’m like ‘what?’ and he just shrugs and says ‘just appreciating the view.’ Still makes me blush like I’m 22 again.

Sophie’s been taking more candid photos lately and I think she’s getting really good at capturing these quiet moments. Maybe she inherited more than just my cheekbones.
