Dinosaur Pancakes: A Love Story in Flour and Chaos
Theo woke up this morning with a very specific request: dinosaur pancakes. Not regular pancakes. Not pancakes with syrup arranged to look like a dinosaur. Actual dinosaur-shaped pancakes. Marcus, bless his heart, said ‘absolutely’ before his brain could catch up with his mouth.

What followed was forty-five minutes of Marcus squinting at his phone screen, googling ‘how to make dinosaur pancakes,’ while Theo provided helpful commentary like ‘T-Rex arms were actually pretty small, Dad’ and ‘that looks more like a blob than a Triceratops.’ The kitchen counter became a crime scene of flour and good intentions.

Nailed it.
But you know what? He did it. Were they perfect? Absolutely not. Did one of them look suspiciously like a chicken? Maybe. Did Theo declare them ‘the best dinosaur pancakes in the history of pancakes’? You bet.

Mission accomplished.
Sometimes love looks like spending an hour making breakfast that will be eaten in five minutes, and somehow that feels exactly right.
The cleanup, however, is still ongoing. Send help. Or a housekeeper.

Worth it.
